A public hearing will be held before The City of Hamilton Planning Commission, regular meeting as a Committee of the Whole, on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 6:00 P.M., in the Council Chambers located at 345 High Street, First Floor, One Renaissance Center, Municipal Building on amending the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance No. 7503:

REQUEST:        Changes to the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance; Comprehensive 2025-2026 Review and Proposed Changes to the Zoning Ordinance

·         Section 1250, “Zoning Use Chart”

·         Section 1300, “Conditional Uses & Specific Uses”

·         Section 1400, “Accessory Uses”

·         Section 1500, “Land Area, Setback, And Density Standards”

·         Section 1600, “Off Street Parking”

·         Section 1700, “Signs”

·         Section 1800, “Residential Design Standards”

·         Section 1900, “Commercial Design Standards”

·         Section 1925, “Industrial Design Standards”

·         Section 2300, “Form-Based Zoning”

·         Section 2400, “Planned Development Regulations” (PD / PUD)

·         Section 2600, “Architectural Conservation / Historic Districts”

·         Section 3900, “Glossary”

·         All outdated “Penalties” references to Section 4400 shall be updated to Section 4007 as intended by the zoning ordinance (Section 4007 is the updated “Penalties” section)

·         Any needed grammatical and/or formatting corrections as discovered in this review of the zoning ordinance
