Rezoning Proposal for Woods of Sycamore Creek - Public Hearing

The Hamilton City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday evening, November 10, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Building located at 345 High Street, First Floor, One Renaissance Center, Municipal Building on amending the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance No. 7503:

      LOCATION:     Woods of Sycamore Creek Subdivision

    APPLICANT:     City of Hamilton

      REQUEST:      Rezoning request from OPD (Office Planned Development) to RPD (Residential Planned Development. 

·         The approved Final Planned Unit Development (P.U.D.) for the Woods of Sycamore Creek Subdivision will not be amended.  The request is only to change the zoning from office to residential.
