The Hamilton City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday evening, October 8, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Building located at 345 High Street, First Floor, One Renaissance Center, Municipal Building on the following item:
LOCATION: Fort Hamilton Hospital (22.97 acres)
APPLICANT: Mick Macomber
REQUEST: Rezoning of Fort Hamilton Hospital to “BPD” (Business Planned Development). The rezoning is only to bring the property into an appropriate zoning district.
No new development is proposed as part of the rezoning.
