The Hamilton City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday evening, December 10, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Building located at 345 High Street, First Floor, One Renaissance Center, Municipal Building on amending the Hamilton Zoning Map, Zoning Ordinance No. 7503:

 

Rezoning Request (Noble Avenue, Specific Properties):

LOCATION:     2345-2347 Noble Avenue (Duplex);
2355-2357 Noble Avenue (Duplex);
504 Fairview Avenue (Duplex)

APPLICANT:     City of Hamilton

REQUEST:      Amend the City of Hamilton Zoning Map, by changing the zoning district of the subject properties:

 

·   From: “R-2” (Single-Family Residence)       To: “R-2 A” (Two-Family Residence)

 

The rezoning proposal is to rectify (correct) the zoning of the property to match the existing land use of the property (duplex / two dwelling unit residence)

LOCATION:     461 Harrison Ave & 16 Kenworth Ave (Duplex);
17 & 21 Kenworth Ave (Duplex);
119 & 123 Kenworth Ave (Duplex)

APPLICANT:     City of Hamilton

REQUEST:      Amend the City of Hamilton Zoning Map, by changing the zoning district of the subject properties:

 

·   From: “R-2” (Single-Family Residence)       To: “R-2 A” (Two-Family Residence)

 

The rezoning proposal is to rectify (correct) the zoning of the property to match the existing land use of the property (duplex / two dwelling unit residence)
