SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HAMILTON BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS (BZA)
A public hearing will be held before The City of Hamilton Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA), as a Committee of the Whole, on Monday afternoon, April 20, 2026 at 3:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, 345 High Street, First Floor, Hamilton, Ohio, 45011. The agenda for this hearing includes the following items:

Sample Motion: That the Board recess from the regular meeting and convene to an Executive Session for the following purpose:
· To conference with attorneys for the public body concerning a dispute involving the public body that is the subject of pending court action.
