BZA 2025-09-008: Appeal, Condition of Approval Amendment: 420 S. D Street

The applicant has filed an appeal to the conditions of approval issued by the Board of Zoning Appeals on November 2, 2023 related to the installation of a fence at 420 S. D Street

The Appellant is requesting that the Board of Zoning Appeals amend the condition of approval related to property grading and seeding the area where the driveway was removed to allow landscaping fabric and gravel.

The applicant is requesting a variance to construct a new driveway. The proposed request requires one (1) variance from the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance (HZO).
